Nakon tri uspješna izdanja PRO 3×3 Toura, održana tijekom proljeća i ljeta 2022., 2023. i 2024. godine, svaki put na po 10 atraktivnih hrvatskih lokacija, četvrta sezona ove serije međunarodnih spektakularnih turnira u 3×3 košarci bit će organizirana u rasponu od polovice svibnja do početka kolovoza 2025. pod punim nazivom PRO 3×3 Tour 2025. driven by Opel, a ponudit će brojne novitete i poboljšanja u praktički svakom segmentu.
Službena najavna konferencija za novinare održana je u petak, 9. svibnja 2025., u zagrebačkom Hotelu Zonar na simboličnoj lokaciji: na Trgu Krešimira Ćosića, koji nosi ime po jednom od najvećih hrvatskih košarkaša u povijesti, odnosno na Trgu sportova. Detaljnije informacije o novoj sezoni PRO 3×3 Toura – program, raspored, gradove i lokacije, način održavanja, sadržaj te druge zanimljivosti i novitete, posebice tehnološke – iznijeli su članovi Organizacijskoga odbora iz Udruge PRO 3×3 te komunikacijskoga tima Toura. „Udruga PRO 3×3 je 2021. godine osnovana sa ciljem promicanja, rebrendiranja i organizacija 3×3 košarke, odnosno popularizacije ovoga novog olimpijskog sporta. U prve tri sezone PRO 3×3 Tour izazvao je veliko zanimanje igrača, publike i javnosti, pri čemu neprestano raste i razvija se. Vrijednost ovoga događaja, koji uz sportsku, ima i snažnu edukativnu, turističku i zabavnu komponentu, i ove je godine prepoznalo Ministarstvo turizma i sporta jer je Tour opet uvršten među top sportska međunarodna natjecanja, a ponovno je dobio potporu i Hrvatske turističke zajednice. Ove godine Tour ima istog velikog glavnog sponzora kao prošle godine, zbog čega cijeli događaj nosi puni naziv PRO 3×3 Tour 2025. driven by Opel“, naveo je Zlatko Galiot, predsjednik Izvršnog odbora Udruge PRO 3×3 i voditelj Odjela za pripremu infrastrukture i logistike.
Ovogodišnji PRO 3×3 Tour počinje 16. i 17. svibnja 2025. turnirom u Hvaru, a završit će 2. i 3. kolovoza 2025. organizacijom finalnog nadmetanja u Novalji na otoku Pagu. Završni turnir ima status FIBA Lite Questa za mušku Elite kategoriju koji pobjednika vodi 27. i 28. rujna 2025. na FIBA 3×3 Challenger u Mataro (Španjolska). „U prve dvije sezone ukupno smo obišli 18 različitih gradova, a neke od njih posjetili smo i tri puta. I ove smo godine, uz osam gradova koji su bili obuhvaćeni i u barem jednoj od protekle tri sezone – Hvar, Trogir, Umag, Donji Miholjac, Vinkovci, Zagreb, Nova Gradiška i Šibenik – u Tour uključili dvije nove, iznimno atraktivne lokacije. Tako će se ove godine, zahvaljujući našem Touru, 3×3 košarka igrati čak i na poznatoj plaži Zlatni rat u Bolu na otoku Braču te u Novalji na otoku Pagu. Razlozi su stalno širenje i promocija 3×3 košarke i u novim sredinama, ali i želja da igračima i brojnim gledateljima ponudimo nove sadržaje“, objasnio je Hrvoje Jurković, voditelj Službe za TV, PR, marketing i dodatne sadržaje.
Ponovno će se u sklopu dvodnevnih turnira, uz nadmetanja seniorskih i juniorskih (U19) muških momčadi, organizirati i utakmice ženskih ekipa u Open Women kategoriji, što je prvi put uvedeno prošle godine i pokazalo se uspješnim. Opet će se u svakom gradu održati i Kids Day, sa sadržajima namijenjenima djeci, za koje postoji veliko zanimanje, a već uobičajene su i raznovrsne nagradne igre i zabavni sadržaji. „I tijekom četvrte sezone, kao i lani, opet ćemo dati potporu i u organizaciji nekoliko inozemnih 3×3 turnira. Kao važan novitet u cilju promocije i pokušaja omasovljenja 3×3 košarke, ističemo kako ove godine nema plaćanja kotizacije za sudjelovanje ekipa na turniru, osim za turnir u Bolu i završni turnir u Novalji. Oni nose prestižni naslov Questa, imaju povećane novčane nagradne fondove i pobjednike vode na prestižne međunarodne turnire. Primjerice, pobjednici turnira u Bolu putovat će u Hong Kong, čime otvaramo azijsko tržište, što nam je bila nakana“, najavio je Hrvoje Jurković. Dodao je kako se efekti njihovih poteza i odluka već vide jer su, primjerice, za prvi ovosezonski turnir u Hvaru već popunjena sva predviđena mjesta za muške seniorske momčadi.
Nazočnima se na konferenciji za novinare obratio i Jan Kroflin, mlad i izvrstan 3×3 igrač, član ekipe Nitui koja je osvojila prvi juniorski U19 turnir na PRO 3×3 Touru. „Dečki i ja krenuli smo ovdje kao juniori, a sada se natječemo u seniorskoj konkurenciji. Na PRO 3×3 Touru smo već treću godinu iz više razloga. Organizacija i atmosfera su odlični, konkurencija je jaka, a produkcija i uvjeti su na jako visokoj razini“, pohvalio je Jan Kroflin.
Organizatori su i ove godine pripremili poboljšanja na vizualnom, komunikacijskom i promotivnom planu. Već od ranije s publikom i korisnicima komuniciraju dvosmjerno i kombinirano dvojezično (najčešće na hrvatskom i na engleskom jeziku, po potrebi i na drugim jezicima) posredstvom osuvremenjene i „osvježene“ službene internetske stranice www.pro3x3.hr te preko društvenih mreža Facebook, Instagram i TikTok, na kojima će dodatno povećati broj pratitelja. Od prošle godine postoji i službeni YouTube kanal Toura, na kojemu se mogu pronaći videosnimke odigranih turnira. „Ponovno su osigurane profesionalne fotografije i snimke, kao i televizijski prijenosi i live streaming svih turnira. Na tome posebno zahvaljujemo medijskim pokroviteljima i partnerima, Pixsell Photo & Video Agency te Sportklubu. Drago nam je što ove godine imamo i novog medijskog pokrovitelja, a to je 24 sata”, istaknuo je Tomislav Levak, voditelj komunikacijskog tima PRO 3×3 Toura.
Velika poboljšanja i novitete na vizualnom i tehnološkom planu predstavio je Darko Bilandžić koji i ove godine potpisuje grafički dizajn i vizual svih materijala te novomedijskih i interaktivnih sadržaja. „Već otprije imamo jedinstveni interaktivni plakat i banner te mobilnu aplikaciju s proširenom stvarnošću koja omogućuje i realizaciju kviza znanja na turnirima. I dalje imamo jedinstvene interaktivne dresove za igrače, ovaj put s „osvježenim“ dizajnom, i interaktivne promotivne majice. U skladu sa suvremenim dobom, umjetna inteligencija (AI) još je više prisutna na PRO 3×3 Touru. Tako s ponosom mogu reći da je PRO 3×3 Tour dobio svoju glazbenu himnu nastalu uz pomoć AI-ja, a tu su i novi doživljaj virtualne stvarnosti (VR) na samom turniru i PRO Chatbot, pomoću kojega će se moći dobiti odgovori i informacije o PRO 3×3 Touru. Također, unutar popularne platforme umjetne inteligencije Chat GPT postoji poseban odjeljak posvećen Touru“, nabrojio je Darko Bilandžić.

Organizatori PRO 3×3 Tour 2025. driven by Opel
After three successful editions of the PRO 3×3 Tour, held during the spring and summer of 2022, 2023 and 2024, each time at 10 attractive Croatian locations, the fourth season of this series of international spectacular 3×3 basketball tournaments will be organized from mid-May to early August 2025 under the full name PRO 3×3 Tour 2025. driven by Opel, and will offer numerous novelties and improvements in practically every segment.
The official press conference was held on Friday, May 9, 2025, at the Hotel Zonar in Zagreb at a symbolic location: on Krešimir Ćosić Square, named after one of the greatest Croatian basketball players in history, or Trg Sportova. Detailed information about the new season of the PRO 3×3 Tour – program, schedule, cities and locations, method of holding, content and other interesting facts and novelties, especially technological ones – was presented by members of the Organizing Committee from the PRO 3×3 Association (Udruga PRO 3×3) and the Tour’s communications team. “The PRO 3×3 Association was founded in 2021 with the aim of promoting, rebranding and organizing 3×3 basketball, i.e. popularizing this new Olympic sport. In the first three seasons, the PRO 3×3 Tour has aroused great interest among players, audiences and the public, and is constantly growing and developing. The value of this event, which, in addition to sports, also has a strong educational, tourist and entertainment component, was recognized this year by the Ministry of Tourism and Sports because the Tour was once again included among the top international sports competitions, and it once again received the support of the Croatian Tourist Board. This year, the Tour has the same major main sponsor as last year, which is why the entire event bears the full name PRO 3×3 Tour 2025. driven by Opel,” said Zlatko Galiot, President of the Executive Board of the PRO 3×3 Association (Udruga PRO 3×3) and Head of the Infrastructure and Logistics Preparation Department.
This year’s PRO 3×3 Tour begins on May 16-17, 2025, with a tournament in Hvar, and will end on August 2-3, 2025, with the organization of the final competition in Novalja on the island of Pag. The final tournament has the status of a FIBA Lite Quest for the Men’s Elite category, which takes the winner to the FIBA 3×3 Challenger in Mataro (Spain) on September 27 and 28, 2025. “In the first two seasons, we visited a total of 18 different cities, and we visited some of them three times. This year, in addition to the eight cities that were included in at least one of the previous three seasons – Hvar, Trogir, Umag, Donji Miholjac, Vinkovci, Zagreb, Nova Gradiška and Šibenik – we have included two new, extremely attractive locations in the Tour. So this year, thanks to our Tour, 3×3 basketball will even be played on the famous Zlatni rat beach in Bol on the island of Brač and in Novalja on the island of Pag. The reasons are the constant expansion and promotion of 3×3 basketball in new environments, but also the desire to offer players and numerous spectators new content,” explained Hrvoje Jurković, Head of TV, PR, Marketing and Additional Content.
Once again, as part of the two-day tournaments, in addition to competitions between senior and junior (U19) men’s teams, matches between women’s teams in the Open Women category will be organized, which was first introduced last year and proved successful. Kids Day will once again be held in each city, with activities aimed at children, for which there is great interest, and various prize games and entertainment are already commonplace. “During the fourth season, just like last year, we will once again provide support in the organization of several foreign 3×3 tournaments. As an important novelty in order to promote and attempt to popularize 3×3 basketball, we would like to point out that this year there is no registration fee for teams to participate in the tournament, except for the tournament in Bol and the final tournament in Novalja. They carry the prestigious title of Quest, have increased prize funds and take the winners to prestigious international tournaments. For example, the winners of the tournament in Bol will travel to Hong Kong, which opens up the Asian market, which was our intention,” announced Hrvoje Jurković. He added that the effects of their moves and decisions are already visible because, for example, all the places planned for the men’s senior teams for the first tournament of this season in Hvar have already been filled.
Jan Kroflin, a young and excellent 3×3 player, a member of the Nitui team that won the first junior U19 tournament on the PRO 3×3 Tour, also addressed the attendees at the press conference. “The guys and I started here as juniors, and now we are competing in the senior competition. This is our third year at the PRO 3×3 Tour for several reasons. The organization and atmosphere are excellent, the competition is strong, and the production and conditions are at a very high level,” praised Jan Kroflin.
The organizers have also prepared improvements in the visual, communication and promotional plan this year. They have already been communicating with the audience and users in a two-way and combined bilingual manner (most often in Croatian and English, and in other languages if necessary) through the modernized and “refreshed” official website www.pro3x3.hr and via the social networks Facebook, Instagram and TikTok, where they will further increase the number of followers. Since last year, there has also been an official YouTube channel of the Tour, where you can find videos of the tournaments played. “Professional photos and recordings have once again been provided, as well as television broadcasts and live streaming of all tournaments. We would like to thank our media sponsors and partners, Pixsell Photo & Video Agency and Sportklub. We are pleased to have a new media sponsor this year, which is 24 sata,” said Tomislav Levak, head of the PRO 3×3 Tour communications team.
Major improvements and novelties on the visual and technological front were presented by Darko Bilandžić, who is also responsible for the graphic design and visuals of all materials, new media and interactive content this year. “We already have a unique interactive poster and banner, as well as a mobile application with augmented reality, which also enables the realization of knowledge quizzes at tournaments. We still have unique interactive jerseys for players, this time with a “refreshed” design, and interactive promotional T-shirts. In line with the modern era, artificial intelligence (AI) is even more present at the PRO 3×3 Tour. So I can proudly say that the PRO 3×3 Tour has received its own musical anthem created with the help of AI, and there is also a new virtual reality (VR) experience at the tournament itself and the PRO Chatbot, which will allow you to get answers and information about the PRO 3×3 Tour. Also, within the popular artificial intelligence platform Chat GPT, there is a special section dedicated to the Tour,” listed Darko Bilandžić.
