Spektakularni PRO 3×3 Tour u Hvaru oduševio tisuće turista
Četvrtu godinu zaredom Hvar je bio domaćin PRO 3×3 Tour spektakla. Na Trgu svetog Stjepana, popularnoj Pjaci, tijekom dva dana mještani i brojni turisti imali su priliku uživati u vrhunskoj 3×3 košarci, atraktivnim akrobatskim zakucavanjima svjetski poznate slovenske skupine Dunking Devils te sudjelovati u brojnim zabavnim igrama s vrijednim nagradama.
Poseban dio programa bio je i Kids Day, tijekom kojeg su se na terenu družila i zajedno igrala djeca iz Hvara, Splita i Sjedinjenih Američkih Država, potvrđujući da sport spaja ljude bez obzira na dob i nacionalnost.
U natjecateljskom dijelu programa naslov pobjednika u kategoriji do 19 godina osvojila je ekipa Šuteri i Matej, sastavljena od juniora KK Split, koja je u finalu uvjerljivo svladala ekipu Grdosije rezultatom 21:8.
U seniorskoj Elite kategoriji pobjedu je odnijela ekipa Restoran Kaluma, koja je nakon velike borbe u finalu svladala jednog od glavnih favorita turnira, ekipu Radnik iz Križevaca, pobjednika zagrebačkog turnira, rezultatom 21:17. Neslužbeni MVP turnira Stefan Žigon nakon finala nije skrivao zadovoljstvo.
“Sjajan turnir i organizacija, vrhunski basket, pozitivne vibracije u cijelom Hvaru. Sigurno ćemo se vratiti”, rekao je Žigon.
Direktorica Turističke zajednice Grada Hvara Iva Belaj Šantić istaknula je kako se u Hvaru već raduju novom izdanju PRO 3×3 Toura.
“Jedva čekamo sljedeće ljeto i peti dolazak PRO 3×3 Toura u naš grad. Sve je bilo na visokoj razini – odlične ekipe, vrhunska organizacija i sjajna atmosfera. Ove godine turnir je održan krajem lipnja pa je velik broj stranih turista imao priliku doživjeti ovaj sportski spektakl”, izjavila je Belaj Šantić.
Po završetku svečane ceremonije proglašenja pobjednika upriličeno je zajedničko gledanje utakmice Svjetskog nogometnog prvenstva između Hrvatske i Gane, a pobjeda hrvatske reprezentacije i plasman u šesnaestinu finala zaokružili su nezaboravan sportski vikend u Hvaru.
Sljedeća postaja PRO 3×3 Toura driven by Opel bit će Bol na Braču, gdje će se turnir održati u petak i subotu 3. i 4. srpnja.
PRO 3×3 Tour driven by Opel organizira Udruga PRO 3×3 uz podršku Ministarstva turizma i sporta Republike Hrvatske te brojnih partnera i sponzora među kojima su Opel, 24sata, Sport Klub, Basketball.hr, HELL Energy Drink, Aircash, Pixsell, Lenovo, Jadrolinija, Energy Basket, Tahograf, Antao, Aero ZG, Cool i Dana. Sve turnire uživo prenosi Sport Klub Hrvatska. Turnir u Hvaru održan je uz podršku Grada Hvara i Turističke zajednice Grada Hvara.
Spectacular PRO 3×3 Tour in Hvar Delights Thousands of Tourists
For the fourth consecutive year, Hvar hosted the spectacular PRO 3×3 Tour. Over the course of two days, locals and countless tourists gathered at St. Stephen’s Square, the famous Pjaca, to enjoy top-class 3×3 basketball, breathtaking acrobatic dunks by the world-renowned Slovenian dunking crew Dunking Devils, and a variety of entertaining games with valuable prizes.
A special highlight of the event was Kids Day, during which children from Hvar, Split, and the United States came together on the court to play and socialize, proving once again that sport brings people together regardless of age or nationality.
In the competition, the Under-19 title was claimed by Šuteri i Matej, a team made up of KK Split juniors, who convincingly defeated Grdosije 21:8 in the final.
In the senior Elite category, Restoran Kaluma emerged victorious after a thrilling final, defeating one of the tournament favorites, Radnik from Križevci—winners of the Zagreb tournament—by 21:17. Unofficial tournament MVP Stefan Žigon was delighted with the event following the final.
“A fantastic tournament with excellent organization, outstanding basketball, and great vibes throughout Hvar. We’ll definitely be back,” said Žigon.
The Director of the Hvar Town Tourist Board, Iva Belaj Šantić, emphasized that Hvar is already looking forward to welcoming the PRO 3×3 Tour once again.
“We can’t wait for next summer and the fifth edition of the PRO 3×3 Tour in our town. Everything was of the highest standard—excellent teams, outstanding organization, and an amazing atmosphere. This year the tournament was held at the end of June, giving a large number of international visitors the opportunity to experience this unique sporting spectacle,” said Belaj Šantić.
Following the awards ceremony, spectators gathered to watch the FIFA World Cup match between Croatia and Ghana. Croatia’s victory and qualification for the Round of 16 provided the perfect ending to an unforgettable sports weekend in Hvar.
The next stop of the PRO 3×3 Tour driven by Opel will be Bol on the island of Brač, where the tournament will take place on Friday and Saturday, July 3 and 4.

Every tournament is broadcast live on Sport Klub Croatia. The Hvar tournament was held with the support of the Town of Hvar and the Hvar Town Tourist Board.
